Portable evidence verification architecture.

Blackbox was designed to preserve attributable evidence state after records leave the runtime that created them.

Engineering problem

Operational artifacts can lose sequence, provenance and execution context when they are copied, packaged or reviewed outside the originating system. A portable evidentiary record therefore has to preserve more than file content alone.

Implementation

The current architecture separates deterministic receipt-chain semantics, crash-safe append, cryptographic hashing, detached Ed25519 signatures, declared release manifests and independent verification. Each layer has its own technical meaning and failure conditions.

Stress testing

The Blackbox Systems history includes a committed one-million-case receipted assurance campaign. Later committed evidence records an 18-million-case campaign across 72 × 250,000-case receipt sets and a 5-million-case campaign across 20 × 250,000-case receipt sets, with the split archives and SHA-256 checksum ledgers retained in the repository.

Claim boundary

These results are engineering evidence for the tested deterministic surfaces. Customer deployment, certification, legal admissibility and integration activation remain separately evidenced states.
